"Came around 4:50 to open a CD account and put a pretty large sum .. there we were 6 emplyees roaming around, some on a cell phone, some just talking to each other, another came out with stacks of money and started counting on machine. I had to wait for a teller for some time to become available, so I could ask to open a cd account.. by then more time went by, and another employee Tarek came and said on we are closing soon and won’t have time to open and account for you. Try doing it online, he suggested. I’ve been a customer of Chase since it was Washington mutual, feels like service is just not there anymore, or maybe it’s just this branch. I can always take my money else where. This was a bummer."

I had a simple task that needed to be taken care and I was not able to get a lot of help from the 800 number I was calling. He took care of everything I needed quickly and professionally.
