"If i could give them negative stars I would. Went to this location to have some documents notarized. Didn't realize at the time that the notary made a mistake writing in my husband's name on the affidavit, and lined through it and initialed it. The document was a legal document for a finance company. Of course it was rejected and we had to re-sign the document and have it notarized again. The mistake of this notary delayed our loan and we had to pay the cost out of pocket to send the new document by FedEx. Although it was this company's mistake and they are an authorized FedEx drop they would not cover the cost for re-sending the document by FedEx. So if you have important documents that you need notarized, I would highly recommend you go somewhere else. This place is unprofessional and does not take responsibility for their errors."

"I always stop to drop my packages off here when I’m on way home with dinner why not it’s conveniently in the same parking lot. I never have issues over at Mi Pueblo or Pizza Hut getting dinner but always have issues with just dropping my package off. Not sure how this location is still open, multiple visits the staff have been beyond unprofessional. Please read the comments below regarding the employees being controlling over customers, then being extremely rude for no reason at all especially the bald male who acts extremely immature and goes out of his way to be overly rude. I have contacted corporate due to this location bringing their company name down, maybe the employees have forgotten this is not their brand name they are destroying and the brand will protect their name before these employees ruin it."
