"I'll be honest, I wasn't sure what to think about DCT when I was thinking about giving their refurbished/restyled steering wheels a shot. I thought they looked good in photos, but the process seemed a little vague (I had a lot of questions), I was concerned about the quality of the work and whether or not the leather would match my interior. Ivan was very helpful and patient with me and my questions. The wait for the new wheel was not any longer than I expected, and the process of sending in a donor wheel and getting my core deposit was smooth with no hiccups. I finally had the wheel installed today and I can say--hands-down--I'm 100% satisfied with the result. The wheel not only looks great in my 987.2 (it's a tasteful update to the interior and the leather color matches perfectly), but it feels like a million bucks. Waaaay more comfortable than the OEM Porsche wheel, and the thumb notches and slightly thicker padding on the area your hands are meant to rest in give the wheel a much more solid, controllable feel. The DCT transforms the driving experience for me."

"Just thought I'd post this so no one has to go through what I did.... I saw someone on IG get a custom steering wheel from DCTMS for their RCF and thought I would inquire about one as well. I messaged them on IG and they sent me a picture of that same wheel I was talking about. I asked if they could change the leather color to match circuit red for the RCF, they said yes and that it would take 3 weeks, and I paid. All was good until a few days ago. I messaged them 3 weeks later and they said I would get a picture of the wheel on the coming Friday. No picture so I sent an email with no reply. Sent a few more over the weekend and even a few IG messages.. nothing. So I waited until Monday and just gave them a call... no answer so I left a voicemail. Didn't hear anything for the whole day so I sent another email to see what was up. They said they would send pictures soon and when I finally received them I was shocked on how bad it was. Leather color was WAY off of Circuit Red and they used smooth leather and not perforated like they had showed me in their example. When I asked why that was, they said they could only do that color in smooth leather... I got upset and asked why they wouldn't tell me that before I ordered the wheel? No reply... So i asked why the color they used was so much darker than the color I had requested? They had nothing to say except "Refund issued" All that headache for ending up right where I started.. I included some pictures of the wheel they made compared to the picture they sent me and also the picture I sent them(of a wheel they also built) to replicate. Stay away from DCTMS!"
