"Mayo has grown exponentially as have their profits. Yet while a decade ago I could simply call for an appointment and see a doctor....that's become wait on hold for an hour... Then get transferred to a nurse line, then back to scheduling only to be told I'd have to wait a week to see someone. And if you do go to that first appointment it's a total waste of time as the family doc they force you to see first then finally sets you up for the specialist you wanted to see in the first place. I've lost faith in mayo. Unless you're a celebrity or a saudi prince they no longer cares about you."
