"Whomever the guy was who answered the phone today, 01/31/2024, at the Elton Hills location, was extremely rude and acted like I was an inconvenience for calling him. Avoid this location if you want to be treated with respect and compassion."

"I arrived at 5 pm 12/01/23 and before we could get to the door the lights were turned off and the door was locked. The door very clearly says they are open until 8 pm on Fridays. I would love an explanation."

"The doctor was incredibly rude. I go in saying my sinuses are killing me and she says “you haven’t tried enough at home remedies yet” so I say “I have to be sicker for you to give me medication?” She says “no I’m not saying that.” Yes yes you are. Also it was my first time at Olmsted so I had be registered in to their system. By the time I got through the front desk (this lady, Jennifer I believe, was incredibly nice) and answered all the questions for the nurse (who was also an angel and was so nice) I could hear the doctor arguing with the nurse that’s it’s past 7 so she shouldn’t have to see me. This everything was rushed. She didn’t care she just wanted out of the office. Thanks for making my first experience at OMC horrible doctor Debbie! Not really sure what to do at this point Mayo and OMC both stink and their the only two in this town. The only reason I’m giving them any stars is for the two nice ladies I dealt with."
