"Very bad experience. I had been doing my taxes for years with Christy and after around 7 to 9 months of not being able to get a hold of her I finally had to go somewhere else. I should have let it go after a month or so but I believed we had a good working relationship. That mistake cost me around 5g in penalties and frustration. Christy has always been very reliable and competent. At this point I would not recommend at all."

"I gave my christy all my tax documents in March 202O. Actually, I had to leave it with the receptionist. My mother gave her her documents the first week of February and she too has had no call back from Christy. She does not return my call, she does not return my emails. We don’t know what to do now. She has all of our paperwork. She will not return them."
