"I went to drop off a package and was told that it couldn't be scanned because there was a problem with the label. The employee printed out the label on a piece of paper and it still didn't work. I was told to contact customer service (which is practically non existing, takes a miracle to get someone on the phone and even if they answer, they solve nothing). So I spend the next 2 hours trying to contact customer support, called, emailed, texted,... nothing. My toddler had a class to which we were late because of this. I decided to try the UPS customer Center instead (on Boswell)., in and out in 2 minutes, they scanned the package no problems. The only reason I'm giving this place 2 stars is because the employee genuinely seemed to give me all the information he had, and what I mean by that is that it's obvious he is poorly trained, and that is management's responsibility. The employee appeared to want to help and was very kind, but he didn't know how to fix a minor issue and the misinformation caused hours of unnecessary stress that could have been avoided. -10 stars for whomever manages this place. Do better."

"There’s a lot of things that I can pick at about this place but all I’m going to say is I would never have anything shipped or return here ever again the only reason why I allowed it today is because I already received my refund. Other then that this place is managed is unacceptable."

"Customer service was nice. Not quite sure why their line is usually out-the-door when they are busy. ... If you need a pro- color print 8x10 or 11x17, whatever, use email in the photo to get the photo to them so they can make your print."

"Jocelyn, efficient and seemed very welcoming. I typically dread going to this office due to the phone reception aspect of having to download codes and/or emailing the return label. Not only did she anticipate me needing this aspect to alleviate me waiting inline only to find out I need to email the label to the store and not hold anyone else behind me up due to the internet reception issue. This saved me a huge amount of time and for the first time in years I actually may consider visiting this particular store in Eastlake. Please keep more like minded employees like Jocelyn on the roster. She is amazing and any employer would be grateful to have her. Anticipating the need by communicating with every customer who enters addressing their needs, multitasking and ensuring she isn’t hyper focused on one person at a time. This is the type of customer deserving of a wage increase."
