I came with my treadmill that needed to be packed and shipped they helped to unload, measure , find right box , packaged it and sealed and did everything with the smile. "This is probably my fifth visit. There is always people coming and going with two employees who never stand still. They stay busy, efficient, competent and professional. People use this place for email/fax, pickup and returns, notary services, PO Boxes and of course packaging/shipping. It’s convenient and they never let us down. If it’s important; come here."

"If I can give a 0 star review I would. Take your business to UPS Store 0015 instead. The staff here at a bare minimum the staff was able to speak coherently to say "No I can't help" or "This is all we can do" for they lacked any problem resolution skills and couldn't even provide any help to assist me in an emergency. Not only to they lack proper customer service skills, they refused to assist me any further simply because it was out of their pay grade or their comprehension level or their "job skill". The best way they helped me was by telling me to go to another UPS store as I was already planning on doing so. For any future business/personal needs, I recommend everyone to go to the UPS Store on Warner Ave. As soon as I stepped inside the other store, the staff knew exactly what and how to help me. In less than 15min, I was able to complete my job and they saved my day. Never going to this UPS store ever again."
