Sincerely, they eased me into what the process would be, and made me feel less anxiety than what I had felt in the past few days. I truly appreciate everyone, and especially the gentleman that assisted me. Going through the process of getting a new job is tough. He made me feel less stressed, and happy! I appreciate the courtesy and pride everyone takes in their jobs. I believe that many places, or people could take notes from everyone that works here."

"This is not about the employees, they were nice. HOWEVER, I took a package in to ship via UPS, and the price they quoted me was exorbitant. I thought it seemed way too high, so I took it to the UPS store and shipped it for LESS THAN HALF of what Postal Annex quoted me. Apparently, they can charge whatever they want! And I understand that making a profit is allowed, but this seemed to be just greed and deception. They also told me that because of the insurance, I'd have to ship the item 2nd day air, which was way more expensive. Not true - at the UPS store, I could ship it ground. So happy I decided to go elsewhere. That was a huge lesson learned about this store. MORE: This review is not about shipping via ground or air, this review is about the store charging more than TWICE what the UPS store charged for either ground or air. I did end up going with 2nd day Air, and it was still less than half of what Postal Annex quoted me - hundreds of dollars! That would have been quite a profit for the Postal Annex."
