Just as you are at your job, the person you are calling is at theirs so give a person a chance to call you back. Do Not assume that every person also has a desk job where it is so easy to pick up the phone right away."

This is the email response I got " They are asking for collateral and with only the Mazda that you have under collateral we would not be able to do a loan " THIS IS NOT RIGHT TO RUN MY CREDIT AND GET ALL MY PERSONAL INFORMATION. WHEN I WAS UPFRONT WITH THEM. LETS NOT MENTION HOW MANY TIME THEY CALL YOU BEFORE. THEN WHEN I EMAILED THEM MY CONCERNS NO RESPONSE"
