"I have been shipping UPS boxes for 18 years. This is the 1st time UPS had lost my package, and it was 6 of them! Weird part is that 1 of the 7 packages dropped off to this location are tracking in the UPS system, what happened to the rest? I had the problem above, and the Brian from the Postal Annex on Green River Road called UPS to open up a service ticket. UPS looked into it and the packages, although not entered into their tracking system, were finally delivered. I'm leaving them a 5-start review primarily because of their customer service, and their their ability to follow-up on customer inquiry."
