"This is still our go-to UPS Store for our mailbox and Amazon dropoffs. Again, it can get quite crowded here at certain times but if we go at off-peak times, it's great. Easy to drop things off and easy to pick up our mail. Located in the Cypress Village shopping center right off the 5 FWY. It's a very convenient location. We often swing by Albertsons when stopping by the UPS Store. There's a Kohl's, boba shop, and Starbucks in the same plaza. Everyone has been friendly through the 9+ years since we've been doing business with this UPS Store. I like how they are now open 7 days a week now. Definitely 5 stars."

"After coincidentally lost two packages shipped from this store, I was about to leave a 1-star review; but I calmed myself down as I know these ups stores are just franchisees & small business owners. What made the packages gone missing is the ups system, not the store itself. Thanks to Joseph and Justin from this store who offered big help by helping me file the claims and constantly call me to give me updates about the claims. I eventually got the check for the value of the lost packages. Will I ship with UPS again? I need to give it a second thought, but will I ship with this store if I had to ship with UPS? Absolutely yes!"
