"One of the best stores I like . I especially like this UPS store because they could use extra tape if they see the package is not sealed good. Some stores will ask you to buy a new roll tape. Very good customer service and right next to Trader Joe, you can drop your load and buy another load in Trader Joes :)"

"Called asking about a package I had them box up the item of and shipped through this UPS Store location on Friday 10/27 in the morning as the tracking still says shipment waiting for pickup and no updates as of Monday 10/30 and they told me it takes 10-15 days for tracking to update. Yet the other packages I prepaid and dropped off have all scanned and are in route to my business. Will not be back to this UPS store ever again when we visit California!!! We have received the package as of Friday Nov. 3rd no thanks to any help from this UPS store!"
