"We did the fire falls tour from SF to Yosemite on Super bowl Sunday. It was so much fun! The host Carmen and driver Francisco were both friendly and great at guiding us on where to see the best spots and help with anything needed. They did bingo on board which was a ton of fun! Highly recommend!"
"My Destination Management Company chartered a coach to go to Monterey/Carmel and King’s VIP showed up to take us on our tour from the Union Square Hotel. As the Tour Guide in charge of todays activities, dictated by my employer, I asked the driver, James, to take us down HWY280 and HWY101. It was a sunny day inland with the typical early morning fog on the coast. On the way back after 17-Mile-Dr I requested the driver to take us the then fog free afternoon route from Monterey on HWY 1 back to the City. By that time the fog typically burns off. James had a complete meltdown, speaking very excitedly and yelling in front of all the passengers. He was agitated and we felt threatened. “It will take six hours to drive the coast back and it is completely illegal for a bus to drive”, he blurted out and “I would have to pay thousands of dollars in fines. “ I know the law, it is perfectly legal for a licensed tour bus driver to drive a 45 foot tour coach up the coast from Santa Cruz to SF on HWY 1. As James and King’s VIP refused to take the scenic route, we had them drop us off at Santa Cruz Wharf. We felt abandoned and waited for several hours there for another coach. Finally we got to drive beautiful HWY 1 on another tour bus. My Tour Company had to order another bus Company to take us up HWY1. This was the tour we had sold our clients in the first place. The rescue coach, in only 2 hours drove us on HWY 1 to our farewell dinner at Pier 39 from Santa Cruz, where we arrived an hour late for dinner. Unfortunately, after having to wait for alternative transportation half the drive along the coast ended up being in the dark. I have never experienced such a hostile, inflexible and careless transportation company dumping us off and letting us fend for ourselves. Just to reiterate: It is perfectly safe and legal for a Tour Coach of that size (45 foot length) to drive on Highway 1 from Monterey to San Francisco. Driving time is approximately 3 hours without stops. You can check with the CHP!"
"One of the drivers for this company just almost ran me off the road while trying to merge without looking. These are huge buses so to try to merge without looking if there are cars is insane and such a careless, dangerous mistake. Definitely avoid if you don’t want to die or get into an accident inside a charter bus!!"
"It was a pleasure meeting you Michael. Everything went fine, I do appreciate your time and help. We like working with you. As long as you assign good and clean vehicles with functional Microphone and AC, we will keep working with you. Your driver Steve was very professional and your 40-seater luxury bus look fantastic, clean and has also a Wifi and a bathroom onboard. Many thanks to Carmen who helped us with our booking."
"Please stay away from this company. They will promise you everything you want and upon service you will get nothing you asked for. We booked a service for three days 10 hours a day and worked with Bob. He assured us the vehicle we would be getting is exactly whats on his site. Day of service comes and we get a call from Antonio (Driver) asking if we speak Spanish, we don't. Driver cant speak any English and we have 36 executives waiting curbside at the airport and the driver is nowhere to be found. Called kings, they pushed me around and around until i got Bob. turns out they gave it to another company (worst company in town) old buses and bad drivers. I asked Bob why he did that without notifying me and his response was "I can do whatever i like" and attempts to hang up saying i'm being rude. We waited for a complete different bus and now this is about an hour since we been waiting for our pick up. Finally a old horribly bus arrives and we had no choice but to take it to our destination and had to pay again to another company to send a new, executive bus. Bottom point. stay away from this company. Horribly service and full of lies. I wish i could give zero stars."
