"The UPS on Irvine blvd charge a dollar for putting the tape on your package. None of the other facilities of UPS do that!"

"This appears to be a mom n' pop UPS store ran by a nice Korean family. As such, they care a lot more about this store than your typical corporate owned franchisee. Always pleasant and greets you - doesn't overcharge you, and very efficient staff. I recommend coming here if it's not too out of the way."

"This is my go-to UPS store in the area even though it is not the closest to me. The staff are always friendly!!! Even when it seems like they have a long line (not very often when I have gone), the line seems to always move quickly. Bottom line: I’ve always had a great a experience and highly recommend this UPS Store."

"This is the best UPS store in the area. I had an urgent situation where my husband forgot all of his medications while traveling. Min did all that she could to help me get a package to Chicago asap. Although UPS made a mistake which was no fault of Min’s, she made sure the issue was resolved. Both ladies are always friendly and provide excellent customer care. I won’t go to any other store even though there is one closer!"
