"Avoid this place. Go to the UPS Store in Newport Beach. It's much cheaper and friendlier. The Persian woman with black framed glasses in a blue shirt tried to make me buy a box (I declined), then an envelope (I declined again) to ship my package, which was already in a box. She then tried to make me pay $60 to ship a 6oz box from Newport Beach to LA. I asked her twice to ship it ground. She told me the cheapest it would cost is $34. I took the same package to UPS Store in Newport Beach, where they shipped it for $12.67 UPS ground. Poor customer service and dishonest business practices. No thanks!"

"DO NOT CHOOSE THIS STORE AS YOUR PACKAGE PICKUP LOCATION. I WILL GIVE ZERO STAR IF POSSIBLE, HOWEVER ONE STAR IS THE LOWEST. Here are the reasons. These following things are actually happened to me. I suppose to get a package on Wednesday 12/06/2023. I was at home all day, the delivery man left a note and did not knocked at my door. Then I just checked and changed my package to a pickup at this location. On Thursday 12/07/2023, in the morning, I have received a message said my package cannot be picked up by my self. As tried to talk with some agents via live chat on UPS website, I have founded that my package is going to return to the sender in Florida. Live chat agents did not helping at all. Finally, a supervisor got involved and tried to solve the problem. The supervisor tried and told me that he just confirmed my package is somewhere in a trailer at UPS warehouse in Irvine, and someone at warehouse will find the package and call me back ASAP. By the way, the reason that package is at the trailer because it is going back to the sender, this UPS pickup access point said their inventory is full and no space to receive my package. As a result, my package is returning to the sender. This is ridiculous! I tried to call this UPS store and the representative at front-desk here were lied to me, said that they didn't saw any my packages arrived here. Not surprisingly, my package is on the way returning to Florida. All these are due to UPS workers in this store, what a bunch of idiots! You guys really did a good job! Please keep doing these as your services."

"I had an extremely frustrating experience at the UPS store I visited on Tuesday afternoon. I went to the store with the intention of shipping my documents and passport to New York for a Visa application, and I also needed a return label. My interaction with the lady at the counter, who had glasses and curly hair, left me feeling extremely dissatisfied and taken advantage of. First, she informed me that there was only one way to ship a passport, which was going to be more expensive than usual. I asked her for the price and inquired about the cost of the return label. She told me that she could only provide the return label price after I signed on the screen, which I didn't realize at the time was tantamount to placing an order. Without giving me any time to think or consider my options, she swiftly presented the price, prompting me to sign on the screen. Once I had signed, I was shocked to discover that the total cost amounted to a staggering $250. This price was exorbitant, and I expressed my dissatisfaction with the unexpectedly high charge. Tears welled up in my eyes as I realized the financial burden this was causing. However, the lady at the counter informed me that she could not cancel the order, only adjust the return label, not the initial shipment. When I asked her why this was the case, she failed to provide a satisfactory explanation. I was left feeling helpless and overwhelmed, tears streaming down my face, as she continuously pressed me to pay the exorbitant amount without offering any alternatives or allowing me to explore other, more reasonable shipping options. She effectively coerced me into selecting the $140 one-way shipping option and insisted there was no way to make changes. This experience left me in a state of frustration and despair. It was only after she witnessed my distress that she suddenly decided she could change the first order, leaving me baffled and confused. I was deeply disappointed by how this staff member manipulated the situation, pushing me to pay for the most expensive options and concealing other choices that could have been available to me. This was an unacceptable and distressing experience that left me with a significant sense of dissatisfaction and frustration, all due to the store's handling of the situation."

"I had an exceptionally poor experience at the UPS location today. The individual at the front desk, a heavy-set woman in a blue shirt, was exceedingly rude and disrespectful. Despite presenting two forms of identification, she refused to hand over my package, causing a major inconvenience. Ruined my whole day impacted my entire week as I urgently needed the package for a client. Her behavior extended to other customers, causing unnecessary frustration. I will not be conducting any future business with UPS. I highly recommend opting for FedEx or USPS for their superior professionalism and courteous service. Avoid this UPS location at all costs."
