The guy who helped me didn’t read the document that I offered, didn’t listen when I said it was for out-of-state, and tried to give me a live scan, which would not have been accepted. Luckily, for me, the fingerprints were outside of the boxes, and crossing over the blue lines, which the instructions specifically said would not be accepted. When I asked him if he could fix it, he said no and suggested that we canceled the transaction."
