"All the staff, from the estimator to the movers, were friendly, helpful and reassuring. This is the first move I've made in 62 years that the stress was eased by the people who dealt with the move. They were fast and efficient. I liked their decision to put my belongings in containers that will then be shipped via Mayflower. The office set it up so I have one contact person between pickup and delivery. The process was smooth and hiccups were minor and few."

I’ve experienced all types of relocation coordinators, quality and attitude of packers, loading/unloading nightmares, you name it. This was, by far, the best experience. "I used these folks to do a two part move - part one was a local move, with items placed in storage,; part two was a national move, with items sent cross country, to the East coast. The Farnsworth team were very helpful and professional. The moving team was on time and did a nice job packing and moving all the items as needed. The national move was done by Mayflower and they took good care of my items and delivered them within the agreed to time period; all items arriving safe and sound.
