"I hate to leave a bad review of a small business because the people are nice but I absolutely cannot recommend them. We were quoted for a move, it was originally a one day project, estimate for moving AND packing services. This did not happen. It turned into a two day project, we were charged $700 more than the original maximum quote. We specifically told him that the house we were moving from was three stories and the house we were moving to was one story. He tried to tell me that we did not tell him this but these are questions he specifically asked us on the phone when we called. Their packing services are inadequate. They packed cleaning chemicals in with dry foods. We lost two boxes full of food due to this. They packed breakables without any protection and several items were broken. They broke a figurine of ours, but did reimburse us for it after I brought it to their attention. Things were literally thrown into boxes without coordination, organization or writing names of contents. I personally had to pack several of the boxes. They left anything on the walls, left two full cabinets of the kitchen. Left our stair risers so scuffed up that they will have to be repainted. When we called the owner, Nathan, he told us that he went above and beyond for us. I feel completely taken advantage of and want to warn the next customer. I am providing two stars because the helpers he had were genuinely kind and they did stage our rooms in the new house with the large furniture items."
