"Check out PostalAnnex+ instead if you need notary services. They are polite, and can walk in. If you want professionals to handle your paperwork (and quite important paperwork), I'd choose them or another service. EDIT: As you can see from the reply below, the business owner is unprofessional and a LIAR. And lying to the California government no less. Check OAG CA's website. You can see many others recommend other services, now you know why. Would advise staying away from this business. Just go to USPS or any other business. Best thing is they won't just take your money and refuse to provide an actual service, you won't be charged until THEY DO THEIR JOB. Turns out legit businesses don't lie to the California government. Shocker! If you like getting charged money for a guy to lay about, moan and insult you, go with Signature Notary. There's your participation trophy Signature. That's what you wanted right?"

"Based on the reviews of this company it makes perfect sense on why the ratings of this “business” is a 3. Very rude, he uses profanity towards paying customers, & is apparently never in his office. Please if you’re smarter than me & check out reviews first I’d definitely stay away from this guy. I’m appalled & disgusted on how he conducted this kind of business! I don’t even leave reviews for businesses that’s how bad & terrible this guy is. He must have issues at home & brings that to his work place. Please be advised!"

"Horrible customer service. Made me wait from 2pm to 4 pm after confirming with the appointment made I had to print something with made me late by 5 minutes so he made me reschedule till but this time didnt confirm my appointment at 6pm I waited outside till 6pm after which he called back and told me to wait till 630 since he got a online appointment, I waited till 630 then he called told me and said he will be out when he can just wait. I waited till 7:06pm outside his door when he said come. I went to his front door and his clothes were. Overed in paint like he was painting his apartment. We started the process but I realized when printing I used a part of the money and was short so I got on my phone to transfer money and he said no I'm not waiting for you. I'm not going to do it and don't come back. I asked can I come back tomorrow he said no your wasting my time he spent a total of 10 minutes with me and I waited for him since 2pm to 7:06 pm and he's very rude."

"This business owner is horrible. I arrived early, it appears that it is operated out of an apartment and not easy to find. I called and this rude man answers the phone, said there was no appointment made, later found it, and asked me to wait outside for 7 minutes. I waited 9 minutes and he didn't show so I left. Then he calls me to ask where I was. He follows up by sending me a no show notice. What a joke!! He needs to realize that he is not the only one that provides this service."

"This notary was very fast and convenient. They were able to accommodate me when another notary was not available. The entrance was a little confusing, but if you follow their text instructions you will not have a problem. Make sure you bring a mask and follow their COVID protocols. The price is very inexpensive, highly recommend."
