The owner was able to build a custom box for my 50lbs of custom metal fixtures to next day air to my vendor in Indiana, two hours before FedEx cut-off. He was friendly, kind and jovial. I was in the store for about an hour so I got to see first hand his interactions with multiple customers--and I could see how much respect and appreciation his regulars have for him and the services he provides. He's attentive--he sees a regular and retrieved his package before the regular could say anything. I can't speak highly enough of the service for my unique set of circumstances."

So I went back today and purchased a box, had it packed and shipped for less then UPS Store across the street wanted for just the box.
