Parabellum: Process Service & Notary is a professional institution located at 17451 Bastanchury Road in Yorba Linda, California. We offer assistance with court paperwork filings and provide registered and bonded services for delivering legal documents. Please note that we are not lawyers and do not provide legal advice.

Our services include prompt filings and retrieval of legal documents from the proper courthouse. We also offer 24/7 traveling Public Notary services for your convenience. The deposit for Process Services is $150 with additional fees that may apply.

While we strive to deliver documents on time, there is no guarantee of service. However, we make diligent attempts to complete service. We also offer after-hours services from 8pm to 8am for an additional fee.

For Rush orders, our professional process service agents will attempt to serve your documents as instructed. Once served, we will provide you with an Affidavit of Process Service. Personal delivery of documents to the individual named is also available.

Please note that additional fees may apply for certain cases involving domestic violence issues. However, there is no additional fee for cases involving child abuse, neglect, or elder abuse.

For document processing and court filings, we charge a $100 service fee. Travel expenses beyond our service area will incur a $50 service fee. Standby time and extended travel fees are billed at $75 per hour.

We also offer public posting of Notices and court documents for a fee of $75. Accepted media and document formats are listed on our website.
