"I've been using Postal Max extensively the past two years. They are excellent. I've shipped over 10 boxes two different times to daughters who were moving and David was extremely helpful. Great attention to detail (he retaped multiple boxes for me when my daughters failed to do a good job) and efficient. And very nice people to boot. Highly recommend them."
"They are suppose to open at 9am, I've been there a couple times and they rarely follow their posted operation time. They up'd the price of the mailbox without notice and they no longer recognize their customers. The previous owners knew us by name and these people are never at front desk sometimes leaving their baby by themself watching ipad (and the store apparently)."
"This used to be a decent place to get parcel services- drop off FedEx, UPS, and USPS packages. As well to get stamps and notary. It's been under new ownership and it seems they don't really care about running a business. Hours are random, they leave their elderly parent/relative to run the store who has no clue what's going on. She was going to over-charge me for stamps and had no clue what I was talking about because she didn't speak English. I'm afraid to drop off my FedEx packages here because I just don't know what will happen."
"SEVERE WARNING AGAINST THIS FACILITY!!! There are individuals working there who are utter thieves and should be held responsible for stealing customers' money and doing illegal maneuvers regarding shipping packages overseas. Two and a half months ago I sent out a parcel to my parents in Europe. I specified I wanted air mail and fastest delivery possible since the box contained some semi-perishable items and I also wanted them to have it by Christmas. The lady assisting me charged me accordingly ($73) and assured it would not take more than two weeks. Awesome! She gave me the receipt containing all the info except for how much she charged me for her services and the spot where she should specify: air mail or ocean was left blank, which I realized after I came back home. I somehow trusted her enough and didn't automatically assume any evil intentions. Well, fast forward 10 weeks, it looks like the package is still "in transit". I started to get anxious and called the Atlantic Express Corporation that directly deals with delivering parcels. To my complete dismay and disbelief, they told me my package is still in transit through the OCEAN. Not only that, they literally forged the price I paid for the shipping. They stated $31 instead of $73 (the actual amount I paid). Also, they filled out the spot they conveniently left blank (regarding the form of shipment) AFTER I left. I requested air mail, they put: ocean. That's despicable and completely illegal to add or change anything on any order that had previously been signed by a customer. When I confronted the store employee, she obviously denied everything but felons have been known to deny things even when the evidence is right there. That is how they make extra money in this facility: charging people for air mail, putting stuff on a boat and keeping a difference in their pocket. If customers might wonder what takes so long for packages to arrive, they can always blame Covid for delay, right? There are so many scams going on now, you simply wouldn't expect that from a licensed shipping store. Stealing is wrong on so many levels, it's not only the financial loss but even more, an overwhelming sense of being violated."
"If I could leave 0 stars I would. They claimed to never submit our cancelation on a PO Box that was processed with an employee Maria (conveniently she no longer works there). They have been collecting my mail for over a year and refused to return to sender or give me my mail until we were paid up for the year.... they are extremely money hungry and obviously willing to lie to customers and commit federal crimes."
