"I don't want to get anyone in trouble cause everyone was very nice, but my god was this a horrible experience. After spending well over an hour in the store the first time to get my packages shipped, they called back two days later to say I owed another 50% over what I had already paid. That seems incredibly unprofessional, but they kind of had my hands tied as they already had my packages. They wouldn't take payment over the phone, so I had to take time off work to go in and make the additional payment in person. Once I got there, no one actually knew how much to charge me and it took another half hour to get it figured out. Between both visits and all the extra time of getting to the store, I spent more time delivering the packages then it would have taken me to just drive them to the destination."
