"This was my first time using a mobile notary service, and it has been a very unpleasant experience. On October 17th, I started the paperwork for an apostille which I was told would arrive within 5-7 business days. It was crucial that I receive the apostille in that timeframe because I had a hard deadline to meet, which I mentioned to the notary. When it had not arrived by day 7, I politely reached out via text, but got no response. I called the next day and was told it would arrive in the next day or two. It has now been 9 business days, the apostille has still not arrived, I missed my deadline, and I wasted $150 on a service that did not deliver at all. Extremely dissatisfied and absolutely would not recommend."
