"La Jolla Pak Mail packed and shipped a package for me of a item I bought at auction, packaging was pretty good, however he didn’t wrap with extra care a extending arm of a composite statue and in the shipping process the arm broke off, of which a hanging pendulum would be extended from, main part of clock, there was no damage to box, so just standard shipping and some impact broke the arm, I sent a message he said he would get back to me, which he never did, mind you, shipping wasn’t cheap, I expected better, having shipped fragile items myself before care must be given to assure no breakage any fragile parts must be protected, the main part of statue was just wrapped from head to toes with wrapping and no padding around arms and hands or head. Disappointed!!"
