A different ups store had an associate who refused to answer my question over the phone and said I had to come in person! Talon answered all my questions over phone, kept his word in person, was very professional and nice! Felt like we were friends but I never met him until today! Some of the best customer service I ever experienced and that goes a long way with me! Thank you Talon! PLEASE give this man a raise!!"
