We asked for a commercial loan and it was the fastest loan processing we have ever had! They are also one of the only banks who DO NOT HAVE A prepay penalty! We said goodbye to 40 years of Wells Fargo after they had the gall to deny a 40%LTV loan on our house that has been free and clear since we bought it. By the way, we didn't get a penny out, we paid off a loan on our other property! So glad we are with Farmer's and Merchants Bank!!!"

"Not very welcoming. When i inquired about opening an account i recieved an immediate call back. When I told them i only had 30k to initially deposit i was treated poorly and he couldnt wait to get off the call. Not friendly. Apperently This bank only for extremely large deposits. Keep Ng my money on matress until a bank that has heart opens."
