"The initial individual at the desk was kind and helpful. However, when I voiced concerns my address being entered into the computer, I expressed reservations because I am weary of private or public companies' abilities to safely store my most important information. When the first individual went to get help, the manager i guess came out and with a tone of authority started in on me. The manager stated the fact that UPS is a private company and some junk. I understood what he was saying. I then asked if USPS requires my personal information. He stated and I quote, "I do not care about the USPS, do you want to business with us or not?" I do not know why this employee was rude. If this is the way your managers treat people, by bullying them, then I will never use your services again."

"I would give 100 stars if I could. I have always loved how easy it is to get things done in this branch. No wonder people love going here and they get busy at times. Just when I thought I've experienced the best customer service in the past, I never thought that it's going to get even better. Thank you so much for your help, Meagan!
