"This store used to be my go-to. Great team, great work-ethic. . .a smooth operation. The two fellows at the front counter on Thursday 10.19 need to work on basic service to the customer. How about a greeting? That would be a good place to start. No acknowledgement of the customer from these two. When I addressed this directly, asking if we're saying hello to customers anymore, I was met with snarky defensiveness and even laughter. Poor. Management needs to train the team better. If these guys aren't ready for prime time, don't put them at your front counter. Send them to the back."
