"They never notify me when I have a package. Multiple times I've had to show them the FedEx/usps drop off confirmation before they will go and check. Consistently mediocre-bad customer service too. Switched to a different place and never have to beg them to check that my packages are there."

"Terrible customer service. I ignored it for the most part as they were closer to my office.... I was a frequent customer who dropped off large packages at their back door all the time. When I bring 1 small package to the back, they grill me that I need to go through the front because it's too much trouble for them to bring the package to the front. Funny though, when I have my large packages in the back, they bring their scanner to the back.... Decided to stop dropping hrrr as I don't need to be scolded while I'm supporting their business."
