"Sarah, or however you spell it, was just great on the phone. Absolutely fabulous at treating me like a burden instead of someone who's in pain. When I asked about the referral for an MRI that was supposed to be there three days ago, she sighed since this is the second day in a row that I had called. Just so you know, I can't open my mouth more than half way and haven't been able to eat a real meal in over a week now. It causes me daily pain and I'm struggling with my depression and anxiety on top of it. I would, at least, think that Sarah would have some sympathy and try to get me some sort of answer or at least apologize for the wait and tell me that she would let me know what's going on as soon as possible, but instead I was sighed at repeatedly and spoken to in a tone that you would use with an impatient child. So kudos to you, Sarah. If I'm lucky, the pain and anxiety at being treated this way won't kill me before SOMEONE in your department calls me to get this scheduled."
