"Profits over care. Will discharge someone on Saturday who wants help with addiction but can't get into the treatment center until Monday. Has no healthy place to stay for two more days until she can be admitted. Very frustrating."
"The best hospital clinics in the area in my opinion. My doctors and their teams have worked closely with and for me in my advocacy of my health care. One issue at a time. They have worked together with me to help me improve my health. From my primary physician, to the specialist she referred me to, to the pharmacist, to the in-home nurses, to the HMO caseworkers on my team. I truly feel like I have coordinated care throughout the system. Almost all my medical needs have been fulfilled within one primary site (Mayo Luther). I had to use the specialty pharmacy in Rochester for medication for a treatment once, and it was shipped to me promptly and on time throughout the treatment. This medical system has made a big difference in my life and health. I want to send a big shout out and thank you to my primary physician Dr. T. Nordin.
