"The Petaluma transit system is a little known secret to getting around in our town. It is a great way to get to downtown because you don't have to worry about parking. The ride for end to end on transit 11only takes 10 min (pending traffic) making getting across town much more pleasant than dealing with the gnarly traffic on E. Washington. Leave road-rage at home and save the planet at the same time!"

"I have to aim early to get to the bus stops because they are often late, or early which causes me to miss it or wait. The scheduling is unreliable. Most drivers are nice but some you can tell just don't want to be there. I use the bus twice every day and its overall very good."

"I have had some wonderful experiences, but also some very very negative ones. I have had great drivers, but also drivers that miss stops. It's hard to judge and come to an overall opinion. I have had calls with customer service that were very dissapointing and got wrong information multiple times. It's hard to review, are the people who work here just not caring very much, or do they not have the resources and budget to do the job? Is all the energy and effort being put into paratransit instead of buses? I'm not sure."
