"We changed our PO Box from our local post office to the UPS store. While we work from home mostly we do get shipped packages for our job that we couldn't risk being stolen off of our porch. The parking is easy and always accessible. I adore Cole, Kevin, and Anthony and it's never a chore when I need to go up even multiple times a day to retrieve deliveries. Due to this convenience I tend to lean towards shipping items via UPS. This is also my go to spot for any Amazon returns. I have also used them for oversized printouts in the past. Such a gift to our community and I hope they never go away!"

"I had a great time at the local UPS Store because of Kevin, the owner. He helped me send a package with a lot of patience and skill. Kevin not only chose the right materials but also packed my stuff really well. The store was clean and well-arranged. Kevin was amazing at customer service. He explained all the shipping choices, balancing price and speed. Kevin really cares about his business, and it shows. I'll go back for all my shipping. I highly recommend this store for excellent service!"

"The franchise owner, Mr. Bhatt, was rude, had absolutely no patience, belligerent and clearly thought were costing him money because we did not know how to exactly use his service. Amazon return issue. I have been to several of UPS stores in various states and had many great experiences. Not in this store. Any franchise owner who cannot handle himself with a little dignity when a frustrated needs some more corporate training Or maybe a non customer service oriented business to run."
