"This is the worst Customer Service experience I’ve ever had. I went into the store at 3 PM three employees no customers. The employees were too busy, uploading a fingerprint or something and could not stop and simply give me a receipt for my package. I asked for closing time, and they said 6 PM but still did not make a move to treat me like a customer. I had to leave with no service."

I was able to get my transaction taken care of by a true professional in customer service and care. "I've been here three times for some time sensitive items for retirement pension and every time the customer service is over the top great. The last visit took quite a while because they were having register issues but I feel that's more reflection of the owner and or computer systems. The two women that work there are extremely friendly very patient and thorough. Highly recommend if you have a few extra minutes."
