"If I could give no stars, I would. This goes along with the dealership my daughter purchased her vehicle from. 1 star. No one told me I was going to have to sign documents TWICE as a co-signor for her loan. They send a rude email with bold red letters about not changing my appointment and yet, when I was finally able to schedule the appointment, their notary can't make it due to car issues. They have a replacement, who doesn't show and doesn't call. Can't reach anyone for HOURS."
"Worst verification process ever. I had to redo it several times with both drivers license and passport. They all looked fine and as per instructions and they had to submit it to a manager in order to get a manual approval. This is not acceptable and will never purchase a vehicle out of state again if they use this company."

"The most disgusting company I have ever had to deal with. There is no such thing as customer service with this company. If you expressed that you were frustrated with a notary or that someone is disrespecting you or providing you with poor Customer Service they will do everything they can, and successfully ruin your opportunity to have your documents notarized. I have recently purchased a car with a dealership that sadly, and surprisingly only uses one notary company. Unfortunately for me it is this horrific company. Linda, Janelle, Arnold, and a so-called manager by the name of Kelly Woods have all decided that because I sent constructive criticism on behalf of Linda’s rude, condescendingly, and unhelpful comments towards me, that this has no cost me the opportunity to purchase my vehicle in a convenient manner. Contacting Customer Service is a joke with this company trying to contact the manager and receive a call back doesn’t happen while the representatives lie and say that they will mark your call as urgent. I received a response by email very quickly stating no solution to my issue, and that I should contact the dealership I still have yet to receive Linda’s full name, and somehow an individual has the right to disrupt a major purchase for me simply because they feel as though Customer Service is optional for them, and apparently the company even on a managerial level agrees."
