"We had AAA Dispatch Intl as our TSP and was concerned from reading all the reviews. I contacted the company and Matt was always responsive and assured me that his company would do their best to ensure our move goes smoothly as possible. He got me in touch with the local movers (Ackley Moving Services) and it went smooth from there."

"If you get this company as your TSP you need to call the Army personal property office immediately and request a new TSP. We sent in the request for movers on October 29th and the date for pickup was scheduled for November 24th. I tried calling in the weeks before and it just goes to voicemail, no one ever answers or returns phone calls. No one ever called for a presurvey and the pickup date came, and of course, no one showed up nor called to say they weren't coming. I haven't been able to get in contact with anyone at all and it is December 6th. I spoke with the APP office today and I was told that they called them today explaining that they double booked our shipment on November 24th and therefore they are not coming to move our things AT ALL. So apparently they can call APP weeks later to tell them our pickup date was double booked at that they will not move our stuff but they can't answer phone calls or inform their customers of the issue so that it could have been resolved sooner. Now we are waiting for another TSP to be selected and we have already moved to Germany and probably won't see our stuff until mid next year if we are lucky because of this companies horrible service and carelessness. I will be reporting them and I hope that no military families get stuck with this moving company ever again."

"Pray that you do not get this tsp for your shipment. It will be late. You may get your things at 9 months pregnant like me and expect “it was out of this companies control” lie. Do your research go above climb the ladder. Report it. Find someone that will take the time to make disciplinary action happen. I did and NOW He’s mailing a check for the time loss that this company failed to meet the deadline A YEAR later. Horrible customer service."

"Been waiting on my household goods for a while now. They where supposed to be delivered 21 Aug. After about a week after I had to start calling and emailing every number and email I could find. Ohh and no one ever answered the phone every time I called. I did get a email finally. After waiting for a response I finally got a delivery date for 12 Sep. They asked if I needed to change the date I could. So I asked and never got a reply until 6 days later saying they messed up and wanted to change my delivery to the 13th now. This company is really unprofessional and I dont recomend them at all. If I could give zero stars I would."

"Goods did not arrive on the date provided by this company. They do not respond to phone calls nor emails either. I do NOT recommend them at all. I will be reporting them to the government moving system as well."
