"I completed a closing for this company in October 2023 and unfortunately, I cannot get anyone to respond to email requests for payment. Also, both the phone number listed here and the one they had listed on SnapDocs, rings once and then disconnects. Until this can be resolved, I cannot recommended any notary accepting work from this company. Should I get this resolved, I will gladly come back and state so in a review."

"I performed a closing for this signing service back on June 9 of 2023. It is currently September 12 and I have not received payment. I have sent multiple emails and called more times than I can count. Only one time did I get somebody on the phone who told me they emailed me my check on July 28. I told her I never received an that email, in fact the only emails I’ve ever received from their company were before I performed the closing. She was supposed to talk to the lady in charge of payments and get back to me the next day. That was in August. I called the title company and they did pay them which means there’s no reason why I shouldn’t receive my payment. This was my very first real estate closing, and now I’m too nervous to ever accept another one."
