"I go there once every 6 months to a year to return an Amazon package/item. I've noticed other people say customer service is bad but for me there's been no problems. I think people just need to know what they want and just keep it simple. For me. I go in. Say, "Hi I'm here to make a return of an Amazon package." Person behind the counter says, "Okay." They take the item, scan the code I have on my phone, was handed this little paper for my records, transaction complete, said goodbye, and was out the door. Simple. No hard time. Sometimes I would be greeted with a "Hello" or a smile. Sometimes I just get one or the other. In the end, as long as the employees knows their stuff and are not outright mean or disrespectful toward me (lack of a greeting or a smile does not count as disrespect in my book because I don't smile much either) then I'm good. So far no problems with this location. I go in, return a package, then I walk out. All in under a minute. It's that simple. Hopefully it stays that way."

"This is my go-to shipping, printing and mailbox location. Everyone I’ve interacted with has been quick to execute my tasks. Ian, in particular, is a total rockstar. He’s friendly, helpful and keeps it real for you. I trust this location with any service they provide. It’s nice to have one less stress to deal with because they make things so easy."

"When you go into a UPS store you really don't talk much. "Hello, Thank you, Stamps, phone number" and so on. You'd think that there's not much chance to be rude with so little talking. Somehow these people pull it off. I wish there was another one around here but this is the closest one to my home."
