"Avoid this store at all costs. They claim that hotel security handles the packages so they have to charge a $10 fee per drop-off package. So if you pay UPS for shipping, print and apply the label and then try to drop it off at this location the location will add a $10 fee to be allowed to drop it off here."
"What a scam! We had shipped an item to this store for pickup and were charged $90.00 !!! handling fee by the store - only for the store to receive it and for us to retrieve it. Other UPS Stores (real ones, not part of hotels) do not charge any handling fee for pickup items because its part of the shipping fee you already paid to UPS. This should not be allowed for a UPS franchise partner to do and left us very disappointed with UPS. Be aware and use other local UPS Stores instead."
"Do NOT come here for Amazon returns. They charge a flat rate for any of those even if it's already prepaid. I finally had to come here to ship something normally, which was a disaster. The whole process took 20 minutes when it should have taken 2. The associate barely knew what she was doing, overcharged me because of that, and for the life of her could not spell my very normal name correctly. The manager Jin happened to be walking by and finally corrected everything in a few seconds so thank you for that. There isn't really a clear place to park either since it's part of a hotel (roundabout)."
"AVOID LOCATION unless you want to pay fees. Went in to complete an Amazon return. The item was boxed and ready to go. Was told that because they were part of the hotel, they charge a $10 fee for returns. They did tell me that no box, no label returns were free. Really? So just to be clear, $10 service charge to drop off a box to be shipped by UPS, at the UPS store. I guess this is a tourist surcharge, as it is likely most of their customers are vistors. So sad how companies just look for every way possible to charge consumers and in this case, it would seem they target visitors. Sort of takes hospitable out of hospitality."
"I was going to do mail something important there today but reading the different reviews I will go to another one. They won't even serve you unless you at st the Disneyland hotel? Or, they will charge you much more unless you are? That's not a good way to conduct business"
