"Several issues however the most significant one to share is the lack of friendliness to customers returning Amazon packages. Along with getting the bare minimum greeting and lack of friendliness I brought in a Amazon package for return, the CSR stated I needed a shipping box even though the item was originally shipped in it’s own packaging without a box. I explained I could grab one from my car and she proceeded to tell me I would have to pay her $1 to tape the box shut. This may seem small however this is a prime example of negative customer service. I’d suggest going to a different UPS or across the street to Amazon Fresh for Amazon returns."

"Worse & worse customer service ever! I was dropping off 10 boxes for delivery, one of my boxes requires one small piece of tape to fully covered the label, the person there told me it’s $1 to tape a 1 inch tape. Wow. i was disbelief. she said yes it’s a $1 service. if i’m not happy I can try another locations. Wow! My 10 packages delivery service is probably over $90 and yet they think $1 is more important. that’s okay. i left the UPS and went to Fedex down the street. At Fedex i was given an entire roll of tape. Never use this UPS again."
