"On multiple occasions the websites says open but you get there and a hand written note says closed. Today it was closed to “catch up on a lot of Amazon returns”. A wasted trip."

"I have been going to this UPS for over 15 years. Don is such a gentleman and he is fast end efficient (and patient when I come in with multiple items to send back to Amazon!). Location is perfect for me as well. He deserves a 5-star rating!"

"I had a particularly unhelpful experience at this UPS Store location and I will never return. I wanted to have an expensive coffee maker packed and shipped. There was one drop of water on the outside of the unit and the guy said it had water in it and it couldn't be shipped. I knew there was no water in it and I turned the unit sideways and upside down to demonstrate. Its a large heavy machine. He then said it would need to sit in the store for a day before he could ship it, to ensure it was dry. As if this would be a miracle drying process. I agreed, and after all that hassle he didn't have a box large enough. Useless and unhelpful, and not friendly at all. We went to another UPS Store nearby and had first class packing and service, without issue."
