"My daughter was recently transferred to Hoover since her other school closed. Transferring an elementary student is hard enough, but when she is special needs, it's even harder. However, the teachers, principal and other staff has made this transition extremely pleasant. The first day of the school year, the principal, Mr. Gutierrez, was right in front to welcome the students and introduce himself to the parents. Mr. Gutierrez has so much passion and drive to help the kids at Hoover - I've not seen that before. I also feel the children are very safe there. The campus is secure and safe in so many ways."
