"I don't know why everyone seems to love this business. It used to be good many years ago, but the last five years or so has made me go elsewhere. The main guy always seems bored or is smoking, and every time I have gone lately, even when my package is prepaid, they find a way to charge me. I will take the same package elsewhere and not be charged extra. If I didn't have a label, they would jack up the price when elsewhere had half the cost (and it is usually at a USPS location)."

Very helpful vacation holds with a short line to claim anything too big for box. Amazon user? Short line. Or no line. Friendly, well run business."

"I can't say enough about this place. Anytime I need to ship something FedEx or UPS, this is the spot. For that matter, even sending something via the US mail is much more easily done here, since you don't have to wait in a huge post office line. Here, you're greeted by a friendly and helpful staff, as opposed to indifference and bureaucracy. Probably a good idea just to rent a mailbox here and bypass the USPS altogether."
