"Well since a few of my family members recommended him, I saw him too for my knee. He did an amazing job (and his staff), on explaining what needs to happen, that one day I will need operations, but I’m too young at this age since knee replacement lasts 25 years only. Also he understood how hard it was going to be for me to do what I need to do, stop nicotine all together, even if I majorly cut down. It’s a hard pill to swallow, and I tried not to tear up, on top of a fusion in the back I need, so exercise is like basically out of the question for me. He offered tissues. He was very kind but to the point, and what has to happen. I appreciated the bluntness, his sincerity. My family members that saw him had excellent post surgery results! So part of me is excited because this is no way to live. On the other hand, it seems like I’m in a huge rut and terrified on what needs to happen.
