"I have had great customer service from Wells Fargo over the past 20 years. Unfortunately, I recently had an issue getting change for our business at this location. The branch manager was rude and condescending and basically called me a liar. His customer etiquette skills were greatly lacking and in need of some serious social education. This issue could have, and should have, been handled in a much more professional manner. Due to my negative experience, I am currently looking into finding another local bank to handle our accounts as I feel my complaint with the Wells Fargo customer service fell on deaf ears and nothing will be done to correct his conduct. If you love Wells Fargo then I highly recommend choosing another location with a branch manager that is respectful and cares about his/her customers."

"7.50 check cashing fee is lame. If you're the bank that endorses a check, you should be able to cash your own checks....free of charge. Its a lame LAME fee to charge when your red eyed teller counts me my change back wrong three times and the line is 23 minutes long. I'd be willing to pay the seven dollars and fifty cents if they could cash the check correctly and have me in and out in under 5 minutes, but paying almost ten bucks to watch your undertrained employee mess up repeatedly did not impress me or give me the impression that your business is about service and not just an endless cycle of lame moneygrabs....cmon meow people get it together."

"Terrible. Over 90 minute wait. The line was around the block. All other branches are closed. Completely unacceptable wait times. Only two extremely slow tellers. To make it worse, there were two unprofessional looking people standing around watching the tellers. Assume they are "management." Two people limiting the number of people in the store (which they broke after the 12 close so it's pointless). So out of the six workers there were only 2 people doing anything productive."

"They Charge $10 to write a check to themselves, I understand you need a paper trail but it’s a Check TO YOURSELF. Manager was rude about it. I do business with 4 banks and the others wouldn’t charge a fee to write a check to their own account to make a transfer. Poor service, save your money and do business elsewhere."

"This is why they keep getting in trouble. They don't believe in servicing the customer. My client gave me a check for work I did for last week today. She wrote the check today. I am her bookkeeper so I know that the check she wrote is only two checks away from the last deposited check. It's the beginning of the year and she accidentally wrote 2018. They won't cash it. Here account is with Wells Fargo so they have all the information they need at their fingertips to verify the check is legitimate. But no, after waiting in line for 1/2 hour with bratty kids I'm supposed to go back to the lady that lives up in the hills of Montecito, hope she is still home and have her fix the check while still not making it back in time to cash it today. Its called customer service. You all need to learn the concept..."
