Brookfield Square

"Pretty cool mall! Kinda quiet though with a lot of vacant storefronts. However, I did meet some famous celebrities there today!"

"It's a shame that malls are going away, this was one of the places I would go to in high school and spend most of the day here. There isnt too many stores left, and there are a lot of empty stores. The interior is a little dated, understandable since people aren't putting money into it. I did enjoy that Santa is still there but doesn't have quite the line that he would many years ago."

"It’s sad to say but this mall is a shell of what it used to be. Nearly half the stores are closed. The food court is mostly vacant. I was honestly shocked that they didn’t even have a place to get a quick slice of pizza. Which was half the reason I went to Brookfield Square. Many parts of the facility look battle worn and dirty. The bathrooms remind me of the bathrooms at an old truck stop."

"I counted 39 closed store-fronts on the inside of the mall. They have a White Barn, an H&M, and a Barnes and Noble but there is definitely a near-abandoned mall vibe going on. With places like Red Robin, Bar Louie, and Movie Tavern accessible from the exterior of the mall, I could see them keeping the outside open and closing the interior. I hope that they find a way of saving it, though."

"Overall this is one of the best restaurants that I have been to within the franchise. Operationally this Chick-fil-A above average. They went above and beyond in exceeding my expectations. All the workers seemed to be on task in uniform and smiling. It's like they were saying "my pleasure" with their actions. The food service including order accuracy aswell as speed of service was what surprised me the most. I literally didn't even have to wait a 15 seconds after ordering my food because it was warm and ready to eat fresh in front of my eyes before I sat down. As for their cleanliness I was delighted to see everything was spick and span from the play place to the bathrooms. There were no visible food safety violations so cahoots for that. I would have liked to meet the owner and have thanked him personally for the quality of the restaurant but unfortunately he was out that day. I am excited to see how this establishment operates during a lunch rush and I will be sure to keep you posted when I do! Thanks Again Chick-fil-A Moorland Rd!"
