"I’m not even sure where to start. If you come here, do not see Megan. I went in just for my yearly checkup and had told her about my constant headaches and stomach issues, she was certain that if I changed my diet everything would improve. I’ve been dealing with headaches for my entire adult life. Anything that I talked to her about always seemed to go right back to my diet, didn’t care about anything else I had to say. She didn’t even mention anything else that could be causing both issues. Not to mention they took my BP after causing me some kind of discomfort. Common sense would be that would increase BP. I was asked to make another appointment for BP check and lab tests. They were going to do the labs before the BP check which again would raise my BP. They are medical “professionals” and should know that. Find medical advice elsewhere."

"DO NOT see “Dr” Montero. Horrible horrible experience with her. She wouldn’t leave the room while I got undressed for my physical. She just stood in the corner with her back to me. While, yes while she was doing my breast exam, she asked me if I had a living will. I answered her. After that in a tone, she asked me, “do you EVEN know what a living will is?” She was incredibly rude, disrespectful, and could not have been more ignorant. I reported her right away before ever leaving the office. Spoke to a couple different people on the phone to file the complaint. However, she is still here. I see someone else and tell my story every chance I get. I would hate to have someone else feel the way I do! Every time anyone in my family has needed an appt, montero is always available. No thanks. We need real Dr’s"

"Absolutely, hands-down, the worst intake and logistical handling of any medical facility I've experienced. My girlfriend and I both set up appointments for immunizations on the same day at this facility. She booked three immunizations online, and I booked two over the phone. When we got there, an unhappy, and obviously already frustrated receptionist immediately told us that some of the vaccines we had scheduled are not done at this clinic on Saturdays. They only will give Covid and flu shots on Saturdays. Did she apologize for the inconvenience? No. Instead she immediately angrily told us, "the person that booked your appointments did it wrong…" when my girlfriend pointed out she had booked her appointment online, the receptionist became more rude. After after she told us this had been happening a lot, she finished checking us in. Since there was nobody waiting behind us, I calmly requested that later she call the helpdesk or speak to a supervisor and let them know about the issue. I told her the issue could be fixed so it wouldn't keep happening. She wasn't having any of it and said she wasn't going to listen anymore. I worked in customer service years ago, and never raise my voice, blamed her, or made it personal. So I don't know if she's the rudest, worst receptionist I've ever encountered or if she just had a horrendous day before we got there, but things were off to a poor start. We went through with the appointments to only get a total of 3 of the 5 immunizations we had originally expected. On a positive note, the room where we had our shots was very nice, and administered by a professional nurse. But the whole experience was negative enough we will not be going back to this location."

"I wish you could give them zero stars. Imagine going in for a routine checkup and getting overbilled and having them not even take your labs . Nicholas St Ores, weakest physician I've ever had. Pulled up the food pyramid when talking about weight loss, on the internet and prescribes me something for slight skin rash.. I mean really what are we in 5th grade!?! $740 for a 30min visit. After months of disputing they are still going to charge me the $254 my insurance wouldn't cover. We are talking 20hrs of phone calls and multiple email correspondence. Everything that is wrong with medicine. Avoid this place like it was the origin of Covid and find a different provider."

"Moved to Stillwater and was in need of a closer clinic. Very thankful that HealthEast Stillwater is very close by. I know, they're called M Health Fairview Clinic now, but I still like to refer to them as HealthEast. I like how this clinic is very nice and clean. The staffs are very friendly and parking space is plenty. I also like how it's not extremely busy and chaotic like the clinics in the twin cities. I've only met with one doctor (Dr. Landers) and she's an amazing PCP. I'm glad she was available to accept new new patients, because my former PCP had left. Last month, I had an allergic reaction to a medication from my dialysis center and they told me to just go see my PCP, since they didn't want to believe it was due to them. I'm very thankful that Dr. Landers was able to squeeze me in the very next day, to see and treat my hives. Because of her note, I was able to get that particular medication stopped. I get monthly labs and all the nurses who have done my blood draws are very friendly and they get it with the first poke every time. It amazes me because I have difficult small veins and 97% of the time, people have problems with the pokes and go fishing with the needles; causing more pain. So I'm happy that they don't make me dread coming in for my monthly labs. Overall, I'm very happy and satisfied with my services at this clinic and I highly recommend it to others."
