"Their care is negligent and substandard at best. Their administration lies about policy. They do not follow state guidelines for proper care of an incapable individual. They didn't even know what the meaning of the word incapable was when a patient came to their facility from the hospital and couldn't figure out a patient who could do not 1 single thing independently what incapable means. This was the care in December. I can now say their care has improved please stay at these standards because now she is getting exceptional care. Thank you."
